I consent to the following operations with my personal data to the extent necessary for the stated purposes: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction or updating when requested by the data subject, use, transmission to the extent necessary for technical delivery of the message and a reply, blocking, deletion, and destruction. Processing is performed using automated means.
This Consent is effective from the time the checkbox is selected and the form is submitted until the purposes of processing are achieved or the Consent is withdrawn, unless applicable law provides another lawful basis for continued processing. For this Consent, processing of a message is considered completed after the message has been handled and the necessary related correspondence has ended.
I may withdraw this Consent by contacting i@alexanderyurchenko.ru. To identify the relevant message, the request should contain information sufficient to locate it, for example the email address, approximate submission date, and/or message subject. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the Operator receives the withdrawal and does not prevent processing without consent where applicable law permits it.
This Consent does not cover advertising communications, marketing, special categories of personal data, or biometric personal data.
The Operator records the fact that this Consent was given, its text version, and the server-recorded timestamp to confirm receipt of Consent and fulfil obligations imposed by law.
